"Mr. Chris was awesome! My situation was that rats had gotten in my house (although I personally find them adorable, I do not want them running amok in my house). I purchased a plan to eliminate the rats, seal up possible entry points to include new attic vent covering and deodorizing of the attic. He came out periodically to check traps and dispose of any catches. Was always timely, communicative, worked around my schedule, and was certainly professional.
