"Very thorough pest control. They are aware of the types of pests and how best to get rid of them. Materials used are pet-friendly, too!"

"Actually hired them for BOTH raccoon AND bat removal. Chris Lanier is awesome. Punctual, professional, polite, dependable and knowledgeable. I would have lost this house if Iâ d have bet on it, that it was opossums in my attic. Chris said looked like raccoons to him, from the claw marks on the tree and other things. Lived here 20 years and NEVER saw a raccoon. He was right!! Trapped 3 and got them out of my attic. Always came by to check the traps. Never had to stay on top of him. Dependable. Also had bats behind a shutter on the front of the house. He cleaned out the bat poop and got rid of 9 bats! I thought I had 2. But nope. I counted them as they flew out! He also sort of â inspectedâ /looked around and found termite trails. Called my termite company and yep. They had missed it! He hadnâ t. They placed plugs with poison. Just like he said they should do. The work ethic is there. The competitive pricing is there. The service and results are there. Youâ d be crazy as a bat if you didnâ t go there. For all your needs."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"Due to my house being raised I was overwhelmed with pest getting through the cracks and it was a Sunday and raining. I had nowhere to turn and Bug Star Termite and Pest Control came out. I was so grateful and at peace of mind when they left. I have not had a problem since. I will forever keep them as my pest control company. They were professional and fully understood my concerns. I highly recommend them to family and friends and especially anyone who needs Termite and Pest Control."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had birds nesting in my attic that was bringing mites into the house. Reveaux came and did an amazing job fixing both problems and I can finally feel comfortable in my house again. They were also very friendly and professional. If I ever have any other pest issues I know who I?m calling. Highly recommended!"

"LaJaunie’s installed my termite protection and I use them for other pest control. Their CS was impeccable. The Reps were on time for each service call and showed that they really want the customer to be satisfied. And an added bonus, they use a credit plan that can’t be beat. Great job!"

"Wonderful! We had a brown recluse problem and since we have a quarterly pest control service. Things have been good."

"Chris was absolutely wonderful. So attentive to every detail. He solved our bat problem totally. We just loved him. He will take care of you totally"

"Easy to contact. Called back when promised. Arrived when scheduled. The young man that came to do the job was pleasant, helpful and knew what he was doing. The only reason that I knocked off half of a star was b/c I opted not to have the outside treated for the sake of the frogs, toads and lizards but was still charged for it. I will definitely use them again though. The cost was still reasonable."
