"Due to my house being raised I was overwhelmed with pest getting through the cracks and it was a Sunday and raining. I had nowhere to turn and Bug Star Termite and Pest Control came out. "Chris helped me figure out a pretty tough job. I had rats/squirrels in my attic and I live in a townhome community. Even after my 14 day check up was up he came back and checked out my traps, 5 days later. Fortunately, there were no more rats. He is professional, honest and seems to know his stuff. "Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and spent quite a while being very thorough applying chemicals. He stated the bugs would be active for 2-3 days while ingesting chemicals (they were) and that they should disappear after that. It actually took 6-7 days before we felt that we were pest-free, but we finally are."
