"Jeff has done several jobs for us, and we have always been happy with the results. This time, though, he went above and beyond. He came to our house on a Saturday to consult on a window repair. As he was leaving, I casually asked him about a plumbing issue we were having. Several hours later, Jeff was still at our house, determined to resolve the issue.
