"Frankie came out for a small roof repair job on a property I was selling. He did a water test on roof and confirmed his suspicion that the water stains on beams were old saving me the cost of replacing the roof. Additionally he was prepared to fix what we thought was a round hole on roof only to discover that it was some styrofoam and something else that appeared to be filling a hole but was just resting on roof. He took pictures, explaining everything to the buyers and his honesty saved me a boatload of money that an unscrupulous roofer may have taken advantage of. He was prompt , came out on the weekend to accommodate me and thorough. He also does other work besides roofs so I?m keeping his card handy for my hoe. I was very impressed with Frankie."
