"Joel and his staff are professional, timely, trustworthy and honest. From the beginning of the project Joel was flexible. He was willing to slightly negotiate the cost of the project. His cost did not deviate even though there were a few bumps in the road. He tunneled under the house to create new plumbing in areas where plumbing was moved inside. He checked all pipes with a camera service to be sure everything was in working condition. He completed the rough in and final plumbing work on time and within the allotted budget. He came to the house several times between his primary and final services to check progress on the other renovation aspects of the project. He provided estimates and payment requests in writing. After completion and payment in full I found a small gas issue. I called him and he was at the house within 20 minutes to correct the problem. He takes great pride in his work, is licensed, insured and knowledgeable. I would hire him again for any project and I have great confidence in his abilities and quality of service."
