His cost did not deviate even though there were a few bumps in the road. He tunneled under the house to create new plumbing in areas where plumbing was moved inside. He checked all pipes with a camera service to be sure everything was in working condition. He completed the rough in and final plumbing work on time and within the allotted budget.
