20 The review rating is zero stars. Twin City Appliance did a replaced/repaired the ice maker in my refrigerator with what they stated is a new part. The ice maker is not working. From the start they were a no show, no call for the initial scheduled appointment. The Tech shows up the next day...

They installed a hot water heater that went out within 6 weeks. The plumber said it was their fault because it was not flushed and installed properly but still charged me for repairs because it had been more than 30 days.
