Sheffield Plumbing and Sewer Systems

Came out and fixed the problem the same day we called. Got the work done quickly and efficiently and everything is working properly. Don’t know how to rate cost since I don’t know what the price should be. This company was recommended by our regular plumber who said this is who he uses.

My drains had backed up and flooded the bathrooms. They said they cleaned everything out but then a few months later it backed up again and even worse then the first time. It flooded not only in the bathrooms but also in the laundry room. If they had actually done everything they said they did there is no way it would have backed up again a few months later. I would not recommend them.

.Played phone tag a number of times to setup walk through for estimate. Had a couple of missed and quot;do byand quot; dates. When repair was initiated, it was completed promptly

I am elated with Sheffield's Plumbing service and responsiveness. I was getting things ready to go on a weeklong trip when I noticed that my backyard had pooling water and it was coming from the septic system. I had just replaced all pumps 6 mos ago and had a fresh memory of the problems with getting someone out, the time to do the work and the expense. I couldn't find the other Plumber (that originally did the work) by phone or internet, I needed someone fast to at least troubleshoot the problem or else my trip would have to be cancelled. It was after 7:30 pm so I knew it would be at least the morn. before I could speak to anyone. Found a couple #'s on Angie's List so I called 3 and left voicemail. Mr. Sheffield called me about an hour later. I explained my problem, he got my address, and said he'd be out in the morn. He was knocking on my door at 8:00am and had the problem fixed within the hour! I wanted to hurry and write this because the trip that I thought was postponed is back on again. Thanks to Mr Sheffield!!!

I contacted Mr. Sheffield late Thursday PM and got his answering service. He returned the call that night (very impressive!), He was very polite on the phone and said that he would be over either Friday or Saturday and I gave him my number to call, no call either day. I called him Sunday evening and spoke with him and he apologized and said that he would be over Monday morning. He came over Monday morning at 9:30 AM and had everything done and it was operating again by 10:30 or 11:00 AM. He was very polite and the price was as expected and his service and behavior were professional. I would use him again and I would recommend him to my friends. The only reason that he did not get A's on punctuality and responsiveness was that he did not call when he said he would and that I had to call him back.
