The electrician that came over was absolutely amazing: Correct and very professional. I can only describe him as old school. Very hard to find these days.

We had a minor electrical problem, Mr. Nesmith tracked the problem quickly and fixed it so fast. Fit us in because of our time constraints, very happy we found him.

A lizard shorted out the outlet outside, so that one needed to be replaced.

We were very pleased. They were prompt and got to the bottom of our problem with a hot water heater. The circuit breaker to the hot water heater was bad and was quickly replaced. We had previously called a plumber who determined the problem was electrical, but then hooked the electrical connection up wrong unbeknownst to us. When we called Mr. Nesmith he had to figure it all out and it was the circuit breaker. He was very nice and polite. We plan to call him again for some other electrical work we need.

My problem appeared to have an easy fix. Replacing the GFCI outlet should have fixed the problem but it didn't. I called and Jessie came out within the hour. He determined one wire was bad but the process of tracking that wire was a nightmare. Jessie stuck with it, though. He was kind, respectful and never complained about the horribly hot conditions in the attic where he spent much of his time. The total job took about 3 hours but he finally found the source of the problem and fixed it. I would definitely call on Nesmith Electrical again for any electrical problems.

Frank was great. He took the time to crawl through the attic with me and explain my house's electrical system (new home owner of an older house). He and his sons performed excellent work. They took the time to do the job right. Frank doesn't cut corners. I've had him back several times to help with other electrical projects.

He had to get in the attic to install the braces for the unit, and widen the whole in the ceiling to accommodate the unit.  I purchased the unit from Lowe's online.  Unfortunately, after the installation we found out that it was defective.  Frank took it out and boxed it up for me to return, and promised to install the new one once we got it - free of charge.

Second unit was installed pretty quickly and has caused no problem at all.

Frank did a very good job. He was prompt in responding to my initial call and provided a very competitive estimate within 24 hours. He started the job within the next 48, even providing some additional light fixture options besides those I had purchased. The work was done professionally. He even came on a Saturday to finish up some of the work he thought would be finished on Friday.  A minor issue with some drywall was pointed out and a handyman subcontractor was dispatched to perform the repair. We're very pleased with the lighting work.

I had lost a portion of the house circuitry and he, within minutes, figured it out & replaced bad part. VERY professional. Called him again today to schedule more work (preparing house to sell). Will write another report after this work is completed.
