It took a couple of months to receive the tub. They did a fine job. The deal description was kind of vague though. They could have been more clear on the pricing. Personally, I didn't think the deal provided much of a discount on the price. The price was okay though because they did a lot of work. Additionally, I thought they were going to clear out the drain line because it was going down real slow, but they didn't and I had to hire a separate contractor for that. I found out afterward that you can't clean acrylic tubs like you can normal tubs. This was something they could have been more informative on beforehand.

They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but the end result was worth it.

EZ Baths were really great in helping me finish my bathroom renovation. It was a little difficult for me to take the financial plunge, as they normally do business with full bathroom renovations and the coupon for $50 was more for folks spending way more than I was anticipating to spend. However, even though I had already done half the renovating myself, they were flexible to work with me and find a way to make the coupon and their services fit my needs. They commuted from outside of Baton Rouge to my little humble home in New Orleans three times in order to get the job done. I was really ready to get some professional help and I am so pleased with the job they did. Brenda and Danny are really personable and run an honest business. Brenda has an excellent eye for design and loves hashing out brainstorms on what to do next. Danny is patient and a great electrician, among other trades, and they have a great team that works with them. Its honestly the most I have ever spent on anything for my house but I know that their prices were sound, they had financing options available for me, and they really worked with me make sure I felt like I got my money's worth! Thanks so much to both of them and I hope the commute was worth it on their end, too! 

Danny was very professional explaining the project before starting. We knew exactly what to expect and when. The installation team arrived on time and were very polite. The project went as planned and very nice finishing work, they even matched the wall paint with the touch up. Several days later Danny came back to my Mom's home to insure she was completely satisfied and to answer any questions she had. I really appreciated the follow up.
I would recommend EZ Bath of Louisiana to anyone considering a walk-in bath. My Mom loves it and I feel a lot better knowing she can safely take a bath by herself  in her new walk in her tub.   Ken Jones

We had bought a walk-in tub from this company.  The service person that came by did the presentation really fast and really didn't give us different options that we could choose from.  I wasn't going to buy from them at first, I wanted to get a second price from someone.  When they called and offered me another discount if I bought it that day, we decided to go ahead and do it thinking we were getting a good deal.  Several weeks after we bought the tub, I found the discount on here, I was really upset.  When the tub did get installed, the shower curtain wasn't installed right so the owner Danny had to come out and fix that.  
After the tub was installed, which they installed the tub, widened the bathroom door and gave me a different toilet for safety issues.  I asked them back to find out how much it would be to paint the bathroom and get it looking good now that we have this wonderful tub in there.  It's a small bathroom so I didn't believe it would be that much.  It was an outrageous price, it should've been done when we had the install, but wasnt given that option at the time.  When you see the pictures, you think you're getting the whole thing done, like re-bath would do.  
It's funny I was asked to do this review because the other day, I was talking to someone from the "tother" place I wanted to get the quote from, and I was informed that the price they would've given me, would've been to do everything.  So, I was dissapointed and upset to begin with, now I'm really teed off with them.  Half the bathroom needs done and I'm disabled and so is my husband , so now we have to come up with the money to have it done.
WILL not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.  Do your research, don't make the mistake I did and do it just because they they call and say that they would give a discount if you buy that day.

Danny LeBlanc, EZbahts owner, came to our house and performed the following services:

2. Took measurements and created a drawing with the dimensions of the of existing bathroom to provide the necessary information to his employees.

4. He also talked with my wife and I about what we wanted, asked us about what type of budget we were going to use, and wrote a proposal for us that he later emailed to me (within 3 hours of leaving our residence).

On the agreed upon start date, Mr. LeBlanc and his crew came to our residence and began the demolition phase of the project, and within a day and a half, had the old fixtures and accessories removed from the bathroom, including the removal of the old tile floor, shower and tub.
EZbath employees continued to work on the project in the scheduled time of the agreement, and installed the new membrane on the new shower floor, installed tiles in the shower area and walls of the bathroom, installed all the trim associated with the project agreement, and fabricated a curb in the shower that was wrapped in tile. The tile job also included a new backsplash in the vanity area. (A separate contractor supplied a granite vanity top, and we had to wait on that contractor to provide the vanity top before EZbath could complete the backsplash. However, as soon as the vanity top contractor was finished, EZbath employees completed the backsplash tile work on a Saturday without any additional charge to me for overtime. This allowed us to have the job completed in the timeframe of the agreement that we had with EZbath).
 
Additionally, Mr. LeBlanc gave us the name of a glass dealer/installer that provided us with plate glass in the shower area that was installed as a surround for the new shower. (The glass dealer also gave us a discount because of Mr. LeBlanc's referral). The glass was installed on the agreed upon schedule, and was exactly what we wanted. We appreciate the work done by them and the referral by EZbaths to this dealer.  
All in all, my wife and I were totally pleased with the work of EZbath, and I would highly recommend them and Mr. LeBlanc as a quality contractor of the highest integrity and pride in thier craftsmanship of work performed. EZbath completed the work on time, and provided my wife and I with a product that was beyond our expectations while maintaining our agreed upon budget. We are really happy that we chose EZbaths as our remodeling contractor.

Wonderful work. I have an older home where the walls are no longer square and the doors are too small. They came in and recut doors and shaved individual peices to make everything work.
