The job went great!  We've had this happen before so we knew how things would go.  Cornell did a great job!

It went great. I've used Cornell for years. The servicemen that have come out have always been courteous, professional and helpful.

They have always done good work for me.  They arrived promptly.  They sent an apprentice to do the initial work, and I felt it was unsatisfactory and the owner came out at no extra charge and did a good job.

They've been out on more than one occasion since they are our landlord's go to plumbers. I called in to complain about something I was uncomfortablewith about one of the employees who came to my home. I didn't feel comfortable having a particular employee around my children. The owner came out to do this job for me. After that I called them back out for another issue, but it took weeks and weeks for them to come back to complete the unfinished job. They showed poor communication during this time frame. Our shower was unusuable for weeks. I felt it was a two weeks max job. It seemed as though once I placed a complaint they made the whole situation as difficult as possible.

My sewage line was stopped up between my house and the drain across the street. The guy from Cornell Plumbing Company was great, he did an excellent job for us. He came out when they said and they got the job done. I have a homeowner's policy so I just paid the $60 fee. He was very professional and he got the job done for me. As you can understand, anyone who as a problem with their toilet needs it fixed!

Each and everytime Cornell came to our home the job was done in a professional manner by professionals.  If there were problems we were always notified if there could be additional charges or major work to be done before they continued.  Love that company.   We have moved from that community and will miss their great service.

.I have used this company for many years and suddenly the price jumped way up. They did the work but the price was very high. The calibur of people who work for the company now is not as good as it used to be.

We have a rental property, and we use them regularly.  I am pleased with them.

The repairman arrived on time, listened well (sink drain gurgling when dishwasher drained), went on roof to ream entire system, checked another drain in front of the house that was sluggish, cleaned it out (my fault; weird things down there) checked outside sewer line, was polite and careful of my house, and took an appropriate amount of time. In the past this company had some difficulty installing things correctly ( a new custom shower stall, pedestal sink, setting a toilet properly without rocking), but I think that person doesn't work there any more. I use them for basic things like drain cleaning because they're easy to contact, a nice woman answers the phone on the first ring, they can usually tend to things quickly, and do basic things well. Customer service and attitude counts with me.
