This guy was paid $11,000.00 to install a new heating/air conditioning unit and restoration of 4 rooms damaged by fire. After one month of waiting, Herman had two guys (OBVIOUS drug users) come work at the site. Long story short, he supposedly installed and completed the unit(a/c and heat) in November 2019(4 months ago). Yesterday, I had to have someone come out because the a/c did not work. Well, Herman Rabb never cut out or installed any lines or hoses. I now have to buy another unit for $2,700.00 after he(Herman) was paid $2,900.00 of the $11,000.00 for... nothing and I mean nothing else in our contract related to the fire was done...after going Off on his **employees** for attempting to buy drugs from my husband and I (not knowing we were the property owners) Herman came out and threw an envelope in our yard with a check for $2,800.00 and a copy of his payroll for those guys. He also enclosed receipts for materials that was not for my property and was never seen by me. Some were dated before I ever met him...he is a scammer... I would **NOT** ever recommend this guy. Not even to an enemy (if I had one) a lawsuit is underway...

I appreciate Rabb for coming to my home to service my hot water heater and my electrical switch box. I did not have any hot water and I was overjoyed, to say the least, that Mr. David, the customer service representative and electrical agent was able to solve my problems, even though he came to my home during the late evening hours. Many thanks to Rabb Electrical.

Owner called and stated the bill was $300.00. We paid by credit card, which we felt was excessive for the work performed. They charged our credit card $360.00 and when questioned the added $60.00 charge we were told that it was for labor. I will not use this company again because integrity is more important than cost. I needed a swimming pool auto fill valve repaired or removed I wasn't sure which and needed advise. The owner contacted me very quickly and we decided that removing and capping the valve would be the best course of action. He said he could start later that day but in the mean time I was having another pool related project done and that person was able to repair the fill valve so I didn't need the plumber after all. But even though no physical work was done I'm confident that this company would have done a great job. The owner is very professional and easy to talk with. I'll be contacting them again.

We had to have it serviced recently due to it cutting off, I contacted a different company because when I asked Rabb about another job, they put me off, and didnt return my calls so I went with someone else when the repairman came he said the evap coil rusted and was restricted. Sitting on top of another coil box and proped up at back with cardboard. Front insulboard had come untapped, said it wasnt secured properly, he retapped it and pointed out other leaks that should have been addressed at install, he reset and retryed furnance, it came on.

Crew was friendly and courteous. They worked with me on specific request.
