The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation. "Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient.
