"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. "Emailed them on a Sunday about adding a gas line for a new stove and had a reply the same day. Norman came out the next day and and did the work. We also had him install some piping out the roof for the new kitchen vent. Both the the vent pipe and the gas line were done fast and at a great price. We are very satisfied with their work. We will use them again in the future and would highly reccomend to anyone need some plumbing work done"
