"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Staging has become the new "must-have" when it comes to listing a property for sale. Thanks to HGTV, buyers now expect to see listings with current furnishings. Paradigm Home Staging takes care of this aspect for you. You don't have to lift a finger (or a piece of furniture!) . We stage your property with furnishings, accessories, rugs, lighting, etc. Our prices start at $2,000. which includes a two month rental period. Staged homes are more likely to sell quicker and for higher prices. Call or text us today at 678-464-5718. Or email : [email protected]

Residential Design questions, answered by experts

Services include layout planning, material selection, lighting design, and appliance placement to optimize the space.

Pros offer design expertise and suggestions tailored to fit your space, style, and budget.

A garage counts toward the official square footage of a house if it is considered livable space. For a garage to qualify, it typically needs to be attached to the home and have permanent finishings like proper insulation, finished walls, and ceilings. It must also be livable year-round, which requires adequate heating, cooling, and ventilation. The exact legal requirements for what constitutes living space can vary by location.

The biggest and best home theaters are 24 by 15 feet, but in smaller spaces you can make do with 15 by 20 feet, 10 by 12 feet or even smaller. You should aim for a ceiling height of about 9 feet. Remember, the size of your theater will affect layout, projector placement, screen size and other factors.

A "reach-in pantry" is a smaller, cabinet-style pantry that allows you to grab items by simply reaching inside. On the other hand, a "walk-in pantry" is like a closet or small room that offers a larger space that you can physically enter to get your food. Walk-in pantries allow for more customizable shelving. A reach-in pantry is usually around 5 feet wide by 2 feet deep, while a walk-in pantry is closer to 5 feet by 5 feet or larger.
