"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

He also double checked to make sure I liked how things were turning out before he finished each part of the remodel. We had the bathroom floors re-tiled, both bathroom vanity counters replaced, one bathroom's tub surround re-tiled, and exhaust fans installed in both bathrooms. In the kitchen he installed new countertops, new tiles for the backsplash, and a new range hood that he ducted to the outdoors. We also had new tiling installed on our fireplace. Finally, he redid our front deck, which was rotting and unsafe. We're very happy with all the work he did, and we would definitely hire him again! Perhaps most importantly, Alvin loves cats!
