Water Works Pump & Well Inc

Typical predatory business. I had them out to service my water filter (takes about 15 minutes but costs over $300) and test the water (an additional $100 to collect a water sample). They take the filter off and say there’s bacteria in it, the whole system could be bad, I need to replace everything except the filter tank and water tank. To do this with an “adequate” setup will only cost $2400, but to do it with the recommended setup will cost about $3500. I ask if they can send me those quotes in writing and just reinstall the filter for now. Nope, because that could make them “liable”. They quoted me $1000 just to turn my water back on without the filter. There was bacteria in my water because when THEY installed the filter in 2018, they installed the drainage pipe flush on the ground with no slope. Since I know they can’t be trusted to do the work right, the warranty on everything newly installed is pretty useless. I don’t want them near my property. Oh and after the work was done, they actually wanted $2700.

Very professional.  The employee knew his business, and had our water back on in about three hours or so.  I recommend this company with no reservations.

The pump for my mom's well at her house in Lacombe burned up after 13 years and stopped working completely. Over the course of 3 days one of her friends made 2 failed attempts at replacing the pump for her. On Thursday, 28 August 2014, I called Water Works Pump and Well Inc. They were amazing. They told me that because my mom didn't have running water at her house they would reschedule what they planned to work on that afternoon and go get her squared away. And they did. They showed up when they said they would and replaced her pump right away. She has running water again and we are both grateful for the prompt and courteous service provided by Water Works.

Overall it went well. The weather slowed things down but they got the job done. Everyone from the company was very nice and efficient..

I had used other companies and not been satisfied. They are prompt and efficient. We had a small problem with a new pump and collector installed and about nine-months later it went out. They came right out and were able to fix it under warranty. Over 3 weeks, they made roughly 10 trips to check and double check everything and finally fixed it. Their rates are very reasonable.

They went well above and beyond and never complained.

No problems encountered in the removal and installation. The two gentleman arrived at the planned time and worked very efficiently.. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the result. I am very pleased with their product and service.

I find everything about them to be first-class. They're employees are very courteous and helpful. I've never had a problem with any work they've done - I've never needed to call back on a job. They come when they say they will. They're prices are very good. I'm just very pleased with them and will use them again. I would recommend them to anybody.
