"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. They also clean drapes and carpet. A+ for Clean Pro!"

"This company is great! Prompt, courteous, helpful. They were hired to replace the flooring in our entire house and were in and out in 3 ( three) days, cleaned up after themselves, moved and replaced all furniture. I can’t say enough about them!"

"Brittany and her team at royalty cleaning service were excellent. They did a full house deep clean that took over 5 hours with less than a day notice... and on a weekend! This was a great help while in a bind since the previously hired cleaning company didnt show up. The team was very friendly and professional and the house looked like new after they were done. The team's attention to detail was evident and they even let us do a final walkthrough before they left so they could capture anything that was missed. On top of everything else, I thought the price was more than fair. I will definitely be using this company for all my cleaning needs in the future. Thank you royalty cleaning service, keep up the good work!"

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

Suggesting regular dusting and spot cleaning to maintain freshness.

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Yes, you can polish an old cement floor. However, be aware that the first pass with the concrete grinder may reveal a few surprises and imperfections. You may also have to contend with the consequences of previous floor coverings, such as tile or carpet, which can leave a pattern in the concrete. Old concrete is more likely to produce uneven results if you want to use a dye or other coloring.

If you’re looking for commercial cleaners, just check the label to find options that say they are safe for vinyl. Otherwise, homemade cleaners work great for vinyl plank flooring. Baking soda paste works well for spot-cleaning, and vinegar mixed with water is best for all-over cleaning. You can even clean your floors with plain water, which is great for everyday maintenance.
