Keith, the owner, was quick to respond and did a thorough, well documented inspection of every area of concern. He detailed all that had to be done. He was always available for questions. When the ADS techs (Phil & Kai) arrived, they protected my floors, covered doors of bordering rooms in proximity to the areas to be treated & got straight to work. Any ?discoveries? along the way were shown & explained, no surprises on the final invoice. I want to thank Keith for his diligence & accessibility during the entire process. Phil, the remediation tech, was thorough, professional and always on time. He took his time to go over my entire 4600 sq ft. duplex and pinpointed the areas of concern to only a small area of one bedroom and a small area of the kitchen. He worked diligently and was patient with me as I questioned him throughout the process. Keith, the owner, was patient and thorough in explaining the process to me. Overall, working with All Dry has been a positive experience and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

I was overall pleased with this company. I gave them quite the challenge with removal of wallpaper over wallpaper that had been on for over 40+ years, in addition to the mold removal issue. The only problem I would say was that the workers were not familiar with the removal process of the wallpaper, though I realize they are primarily in the mold remediation business. Experienced a few mishaps, such as a couple of holes in the wall & busted baseboard. (which, I cannot replace without replacing the entire rooms baseboards since they have been in the house for over 70years and probably won't find a match for the existing baseboards.) Keith did work with me to rectify the situation, and he is very focused on getting the work done.

Keith and his team were very responsive after I reached out to discuss mold remediation near our bathroom. Was able to send out a team member that was very informative and resolved our issue very quickly. Highly recommend for any needs.

Keith, the President/Owner, was very informative. The technicians, Jason and CJ,, who did the actual work were very professional. All have been very timely, took adequate precautions to protect the floor and furniture in the areas where the work was performed, completed the work as was prescribed and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would hire them in the future and would strongly recommend them for mole assessment and remediation.
