The estimator (owner), showed up on time, measured accurately, showed us lots of samples within our price range. Once we agreed they scheduled the job and the guy showed up on time and did a careful, thorough install. Even though this is a smaller, older house they paid attention to quality and details. We are very happy with the entire experience.

Whytescoastal flooring did an excellent job. Lisa drove in a rainstorm to take measurements because we were leaving to go back north the next day. The installation team was professional and did an excellent job. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Whytes Coastal.

We are commercial general contractors. Whyte's Flooring has been doing our work for the last 10 years. They always do a great job whether its carpet, LVT or VCT. I can always count on Jim and his crews to be clean and professional while working on my projects.

Started out great, did the floor leveling, demo, vinyl lay down, and fixed a crack. Took three days and pricing was well. The issue I had was communication from the vendor. I had to call or text to get updates on status, where were the workers on the third day, they did come out but were two hours late with no updates as to where they were. Were supposed to come out on a fourth day to finish, after I had ordered moulding and made two trips to tile store (20 mins away) to get transition. I ended up releasing them after about another week of no communication, there was less then two hours of labor left for such things as caulking and glueing down the transition moulding. Did great work, for what they did, but I feel they dropped the ball due to having other more important family things to take care of. Recommend better communication and keeping updates on if workers are going to be late.

Lisa and Jim are fantastic to work with. Lisa such a big help in helping pick out flooring… very knowledgeable! Crew did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up. Keep us informed every step of the way. Great local company!
