Shaw's Heating & Cooling

I called on Monday requesting an HVAC tune-up inspection. They came on Tuesday morning and conducted a thorough inspection of my system and were very courteous and professional. I will be depending on Shaw's to be my service provider for the foreseeable future

Great! He inspected the unit. Cleaned the filter. Repaired the broken wires. Make sure we were heating up just fine.

So far everything is working great. Not much trial on the heat as yet but I have no doubt it will be fine. The work was completed in 2 days with the AC online the first day, duct work replaced and furnace online the second day. Area of work was thoroughly cleared of scrap work materials and the old equipment, so far the job seems very complete and professional.
The and quot;Cand quot; rating on Responsiveness was due to a miscommunication by Shaw's on the date that the installation would take place, not a major problem for me just a bit irritating in prepping for the right day. Even so I highly recommend Jim Shaw's services.

It went great! He replaced the A/C coil that had been removed during installation of a new furnace and was not replaced (like we were told it would be by Reddix). He cleaned up not only his own mess, but the mess left by the company that replaced the furnace the winter before (Reddix).

They have been very good. What I spend for the service always depends on what they do. They are always very quick to come out when I call. I am able to get through to them. Different services I have had in the past would leave a message when I am out or might not get back to you eventually. Shaw's gets back to you or they answer the phone pretty quick and they usually come the same day. They are a local business. They always seem to take care of the problem. The cost is different every time. I have been satisfied with their overall performance and their quality of work. They have been very good. Their prices have been reasonable. I am not sure of what they charge us, but it's always been not more than I expected. I have never been shocked. I think it's always been reasonable. As far as punctuality, they are out here. Their professionalism is very good. I would use them again in the future.

A friend told me that Shaw's Htg and Cooling was going to be installing a cooling system in their son's home. I inquired as to their reputation in business. I had several persons tell me they were very reliable and did great work. I stopped by their business and asked for a quote for installing a new heating and cooling system in my home. Mr. Shaw visited my home and later called and gave me the quote. His installers were very professional. I actually felt confident in leaving my home while they were working. When the work was complete, other than having a nice cool house, I could hardly tell any work had been done. There was absolutely no mess left behind. Additionally, they were careful of the many animals they leave on my property. I would highly recommend this company for your Htg and Cooling needs.
