Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Comfort Solutions HVAC, LLC. He charged me $500 dollars to add freezer to one of my units. He checked my other unit and told me that I had to replaced my compressor for $1600. I was not convinced by that, I asked for a second opinion. This person charged me $200 to add freezer and this unit is working good. $1600 compared to $200 is a very big difference, I saved $1400. I would not recommend this company, best of luck on your search for an AC specialist.

Staff unprofessional, came to home and told me what I needed which was not the case and said that I just needed freon. Had to hire another company to find out that it was a valve to be replaced and then they added freon. The other company did the job for half the cost of this company as well.

Very prompt. Actually prioritized us since we were without refrigerant in our air conditioning compressor due to an ongoing minor leak. The guys were great and even informed us we could have used the unit as duel fuel and saved on natural gas, especially when prices spiked years ago. This was news to us.

They were prompt and polite and fixed my AC. My only complaint is he told me they would review any work needed before completing any work and they did not do that. I would have agreed to have the work done had he reviewed it with me and I would be giving them a 5 star review instead of a 3 star. I probably won't use this company again because of that, it just feels a bit shady.

Comfort Solutions did a first-rate job repairing our system. We highly recommend them. We had 2 issues - 1. emergency light on thermostat would not go out and 2. smell coming from the heating vents. David and team were very professional and honest with their evaluation of the problems. They gave us an estimate to repair the problems and the final cost was true to the estimate. They temporarily fixed the old thermostat then replaced it with a better model - which solved issue #1. They replaced the heating return plenum (shotty work done by another company) and did an excellent job. They also added a UV light to the air return to fix the smell (hopefully - not guaranteed). The job fixed the smell for about 2 weeks but has returned - on and off. We will continue to work with Comfort Solutions for standard maintenance and hope to resolve the smell issue. We are very happy with David, his team, and their work quality.

David was very professional, honest and upfront about cost and what needed to be done. He and his partner were effecient and timely in getting our heat fixed.
