Not only did they do a great job, but were extremely conscientious about cleaning up every day after working, letting me know what the work each day would accomplish. When there was a delay because the railing ordered was painted the wrong color at the factory, he was persistent in following up with the factory's progress of my order. It was important to him that I be pleased with the completed job. Did I mention that his quote was far below the other quote I received from another contractor? All this and a nice guy, too."

"I received a phone call one night after searching for a contractor to help with my fence. I received an insanely high quote from the first company and declined. On Friday night I received another phone call from a company, who asked what services I needed and I told the gentleman what I needed done. I discussed with him that I donâ t think I had the discretionary funds that was quoted the first time. He laughed and said what he would charge, which was a third of the first quote. Not only was the price good , but he came out the next morning! Their team got the old fence post out, repaired and recemented. They even replaced two pickets at no additional charge! "Overall we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism from Distinctive Designs. The cost covered all the major construction like plumbing, electric, drywall, etc. They use contractors that they work with all the time and they do high quality work. In a large project like this there are always issues that crop up and they handled everything quickly and easily. You choose your own vendor to work with for cabinets, appliances, flooring etc. Ian, our project manager, was excellent. He was easy to work with, flexible and communicated frequently with us through the process. It was hard to keep straight the sequence of all the different tasks between those other vendors and he made that easier. We hired DD after reading these reviews and now after this 6 month project has completed I feel they lived up to all these great recommendations."
