He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. The cost covered all the major construction like plumbing, electric, drywall, etc. They use contractors that they work with all the time and they do high quality work. In a large project like this there are always issues that crop up and they handled everything quickly and easily. You choose your own vendor to work with for cabinets, appliances, flooring etc. Ian, our project manager, was excellent. He was easy to work with, flexible and communicated frequently with us through the process. It was hard to keep straight the sequence of all the different tasks between those other vendors and he made that easier.
