"This was a BIG project done during the height of COVID. The house is an old cape with lots of charm and lots of quirks that make a renovation like this challenging, never mind the challenges the pandemic threw in the mix. Jeff and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. They navigated through the many hurdles, were in constant contact with us (which we were in California) to give updates, discuss potential changes needed etc. This renovation touched about every aspect of the house: Entire second floor and bedroom suite with four-piece bath (stand-alone tub and walk-in shower). New Kitchen Finished basement with half bath Screened in Porch All new windows New AC system New shingles Finished carpentry Jef was point with the architect, town for permits and all contractors working on the project. He did an outstanding job and recommend him to anyone."

"Phillip Berry did an amazing job. I have had handymen in who repair their niche of knowledge , leaving the real problem hidden. Phillip has extensive whole house knowledge and trained under a master craftsman. He found the hidden problem which was causing extensive unseen damage. Handyman connection people fixed surficial problems and the problem always reappeared. He is honest, his work was the best quote I received and was clearly laid out. I felt very comfortable leaving my house in his hands. Even my dog loved him and she likes very few people!! I will be calling him for everything I need done on my older home in the future."

"I received a phone call one night after searching for a contractor to help with my fence. I received an insanely high quote from the first company and declined. On Friday night I received another phone call from a company, who asked what services I needed and I told the gentleman what I needed done. I discussed with him that I donâ t think I had the discretionary funds that was quoted the first time. He laughed and said what he would charge, which was a third of the first quote. Not only was the price good , but he came out the next morning! Their team got the old fence post out, repaired and recemented. They even replaced two pickets at no additional charge! The communication, quick response and quality were what makes his company worth doing business with. As being a Director of Operationâ s for a company myself , I love how he handles business.
