"The contractor arrived, the forman  explained in detail what was to be done. Work was commenced  and completed  in the time predicted.
The work involved breaking of concrete in my basement and high dust situations and this was kept confined to the areas worked in.
Upon completion, the work area was cleaned of all debris and as much dust removed as possible from surrounding areas.
It has now been about ten months since the work was done and I have had not one instance where water  has appeared on my baesment floors
