"From start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"

"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

"The Technician who worked on my Sliding Glass Door was so honest and knew what he was doing. I was surprised that a "Locksmith" company was able to repair my door. I really liked the Tech."

"We had Window Depot swap our sliding glass door for windows and some windows for a sliding glass door. I was surprised and pleased when Devin - who quoted the job - actually was the one - with his brother - to do the work. Both Devin and Drew were conscientious workers - very hard workers - who did a great job with our project. We couldn't be happier with the price, product and people at Window Depot of Cincinnati!"

"With energy costs rising, it was time to replace our home’s original 50-year-old windows and doors—not only for savings but also to refresh the look of our home. We met with Tim Whitener from American WeatherTECHS, who walked us through the technology, answered all our questions, and even used a photo tool to show us exactly how different styles would look on our house. His patience and expertise gave us confidence to move forward, and the financing options made the investment more affordable than expected. When installation day came, Brian and his crew were professional, friendly, and detail-oriented as they installed 16 windows, shutters, a new front door, and a sliding glass door in just three days. They kept everything spotless, and their decades of experience really showed. The results are beautiful—easy-to-use, noise-reducing windows and doors that seal tightly and elevate our home’s style. We couldn’t be happier with the quality, service, and value from American WeatherTECHS."

"I am very impressed with the work they did. They responded to my request very quickly and arrived at my house right on time. Mike repaired my broken door hinge, and now the door works even better than it did before it broke. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mike and the team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service."

"Dan the sales person was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process extremely easy. The windows are great and I can tell they are making a huge difference in out heating. The installers were also very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this company!!!!"

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!"

"I enjoyed every aspect of my interactions with this company, from the initial estimate, to the first measurements, and the actual installation. My windows were replaced by a great team of guys from Meyer Windows. I ordered windows with a specialty color, and they arrived right on time. And the guys that installed the windows were incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Meyer Windows and Doors for your home improvement projects. And I will definitely be reaching out to them this summer to have my remaining windows replaced. Thanks for making such a big project stress free! And the new windows look incredible!"
