Chris and Brian did a fantastic job installing our Anderson door this week. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Everything went so smoothly. They were meticulous with clean up.

Brandon and Kyle were very professional, did excellent work and their clean up was amazing. It was easy making a decision to purchase 9 windows and 2 doors they provided all the necessary information.

They're awesome. They're easy to clean. They were like $700 a piece. They're very professional and very accommodating. You can order any size of windows, you could do special ordering. They have a lot of different styles of windows. I thought it was just a little high, but you get what you pay for.

It turned out well. They just work well. There was a big mix up with the door. A wrong door came and they had to put it in because the outdoor was already up. It ended up being a more expensive door but we decided we like it just as well. We didn’t have to pay extra for it. It was a great big old song and dance story but they worked well with us. We got an upgrade on the door. It ended up with us being very happy with it because they were easy to work with but there was just a big mix up with the order on it. It was fine with us.

It was a good experience, and we were happy with the service.  The saleswoman was helpful, the crew showed on time, and the work was done in a day.  Furthermore, they did a good job with the installation.

Everything turned out well.  They did a quality job with the windows, scheduling was easy, and the price seemed reasonable.

They are very easy to deal with. They were not cheap. They were very professional and cleaned up well. They stayed out of the way while doing the work. The windows and sliding glass door only took two days. They brought a large crew to do this job. The doors only took about 4 hours each. We had an estimator and sales person come out to give a bid and to do the measurement. The reason we picked their windows was because they are composite.

They did an excellent job. The crew was able to install the windows in one day. They reinstalled blinds as well. They did such a wonderful job in the past, which is why we decided to go with them again. Everyone showed on time on to give the estimate and do the measurements and the installers always showed up on time. They did a job with clean up as well. Everything was really good and went smoothly.

For the quality of the windows I got, the price was well worth it. We were able to get some extra springs for no charge. Renewal by Andersen has great customer service all around.

The workers showed up on time and worked all day and were able to finish in one day. They were very hard working and they were installed correctly. They had great customer service. The pricing was on the higher end, but the quality matched the price.

Good experience. Arrived on time. Very professional.Did break a branch on out dogwood but that was a minor issue.Our windows are new but so far we are happy. The AC is keeping up...that was a problem before the new windows.I will be watching the electric bill and the gas bill in the winter.This company was not the cheapest but we liked the composite frame, the sales person was great and the installers were great.We really liked the fact that the installers were employed by the company and were not sub contractors.

I reported on this company on October 7, 2010.  I gave them a glowing review.  I wish to retract that review over a very small but most frustrating experience. When the job was completed we discovered a small tear in the screen door of our back porch.  We noted same on the work ticket and the job foreman reviewed it with us.  He said somone would come out to repair, even asked if we wanted wire or fiberglass mesh.  A couple of days later my wife noticed somone headed from the back of our house with a camera.  We assumed they took a picture to detail the damage. In November, due to cold weather setting in, we telephoned the service department and told them we were going to be travelling and to come at the first of Spring.  They said okay.  When Spring arrived I called to get an appointment.  I called the Louisville office and the receptionist said she would tell Scotty and get in on the schedule.  After two weeks I called my salesperson (Ann) and explained all this to her.  She apologized and promised to send an email to Scott at the Louisville office and get things going.  A week later I saw Ann at the Home & Garden show in Rupp Arena.  She had difficulty recalling our conversation, thinking it was a window issue, not a screen door issue.  She apologized for them not getting back with me (I honestly do not believe she ever contacted Louisville).  She said just go get it fixed and bring them the bill.  So, after all this time and after contacting the Lexington and Louisville office they are dumping into my lap.  I find this type of service and attitude unacceptable.  Therefore, I will not recommend this company.  If you should use them and have any issues at all, DO NOT PAY IN FULL because they have no incnentive to return.  Heaven forbid I have a warranty issue.

I tried several times to get an estimate for replacing our bow window from Pella with no response. All our windows were replaced in the past with double panes. All are Pella except the bow window. We had the panes replaced in the bow window but they have lost their seals twice. I finally called Renewal by Anderson and they set up an appointment with Ann the sales rep. within a couple of days. She was on time and very helpful in selecting the appropriate window to replace the bow. The new window is a bay with a fixed center window and two side windows that open. The window is a bit pricey and we will stain and seal the inside to save some money. It is eligible for the tax rebate. I got the estimate the end of July and was told it would be late September before it was ready to install. After I sign the contract and paid the deposit, a construciton person came to the house to get more detailed measurements. Anderson called the last day in Sept. and said the window was ready to be installed. We scheduled it for Oct. 7th. Crew showed up on time, worked all day and had it finished in one day. Kept everything clean and disposed of all debris and old window. The crew was polite and answered my questions about how insulation around window would be done. When finishied I paid the balance but they did not have my tax credit paperwork with them. They promised it would be mailed. Ann called the next day to see how the installation went. I was very please with installation and the look of the new window. I mentioned the missing paperwork and she said they would get it in the mail to me in a day or two. I got it a few days later. Now if I can just get my husband to do the stain and sealing.

They were very professional and had no problems whatsoever. They stayed late in the night till they got the work done. They cleaned up well. It was a nice experience. I will use this company again in the future.

From sales to job check to installation, all parties did what was expected. The installation crew was helpful in explaining, in detail, everything they were doing. Thoroughly went over the proper operation of the product. Gave us all the information on warranty and how to access parts. Sales person stopoped in during installation to make sure all was meeting our expectations.

We thought that they were good. They were very punctual and responsive. We had no problem with this company.
