"The biggest obstacle was scheduling. The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site. It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet. It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly. This probably should have been done by the installer. "

Actually, you could tell they had been there because they cleaned where water had been leaking from the old water softner onto the concrete floor, fixed some drain lines, secured my water line to the ceiling, and secured an electrical power strip...I didn't even ask them to address those issues.
