"Mr. Beeler and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  This is a simple operation but they have the knowledge and skill to do any type of concrete job.  As with many smaller local operations, this was a very casual engagement, mostly through txt messages and email (there was no formal contract but that did not bother me at all as we had txt records of the conversation).  This was a small job but it ended up being a bit more than what I thought it would be. Having said that, this was considered to be a relatively small job and I had a bit of runaround from other contractors and couldn't even get to have somebody come look at it.  Mr Beeler came, looked and promptly told me what needed to be done.  Once the first part of the job was done, it was unfortunately not looking very good. I called Mr Beeler and he came and looked at it and was upset and extremely apologetic (he had another member of the crew work on it and told me they had to use a lesser grade of concrete because they couldn't put the right equipment through my narrow driveway).  In the end, he made it right and offered to pave over it with whatever I wanted, at no extra cost. We chose thin brick pavers and they came within the week and installed them. While the crew was there, they did some other extra things without charging anything. For instance, they removed an old metal fence (we are selling the house and had a list of things to do) and took it away. They also fixed some minor cracks on the brick outside the house. Overall based on my experience, I would use Mr. Beeler again for other concrete repair jobs."

"Randy Campbell had previously done work for me at my home and therefore I knew he would be able to do whatever we ran into at my parents' house as long as he was willing. The work he did at my house was all interior work (painting and refinishing, removing wallpaper, even painting subtle stripes), but I was aware of other remodeling, cabinetry work, and drywall he had done elsewhere. He can do pretty much anything I can think of! He tackled this immense job with a vengeance and never looked back, advising us along the way as to what should be done to correct the problems, but also leaving the final decisions up to us. We uncovered some additional structural issues through the process. We were glad we had gone ahead and taken care of these problems before they got worse. The windows were in terrible shape as the ivy had done a lot of damage to the window itself, the trim, and the shutters. There were gaps where the house had settled and the window casing had pulled away from the stone...Mr. Campbell replaced the casing and caulked and sealed the window to prevent any further damage from weather. He worked at my parents' house for about two weeks and was never late and didn't rest until he finished the job. That kind of work ethic is refreshing! But the best part is that he is a perfectionist and his rates are very reasonable."

"The overall experience was great and the process went smoothly.  He came out at the agreed upon time to evaluate what needed to be repaired and provided a fair estimate.  Came out very quickly after accepting his offer for services to fix our steps and a couple other cracks.  He took the steps to ensure there were no structural obstacles that would prevent this repair from happening such as the basement going underneath the front steps since he was going to be using a jackhammer.  The actual work went fairly quick and did a great job.  
I would definitely recommend this company/Grover to anyone looking for similar repairs.  I plan to use him to fix our foundation wall on our driveway in the next year or so."
