The guy who came to work on our leak was very professional and very friendly.  He not only found and fixed our leak but helped out with a couple non related issues as well.  I highly recommend them in the Richmond, KY and surrounding areas.

Labor was $437.00



The job was done well.



I was shocked at the labor price. Most of it was driving time.  I live about 15 miles out of town, and it takes me about 23 minutes to get to town.  I could have gone into town to get the part, and it would have cost me less than $10.00.



I don't see why I have to pay driving time at the same rate as plumbing expertise.



This experience has taught me to ask more questions, and don't allow the plumber to engage in any conversation other than plumbing.  He also did not leave the broken water fountain for me, but took it, which made me think that he was going to use the parts somewhere else.

Very well.  Very quick--good quality work.  This company installed our bathtub several months ago--a very difficult job--and we have been very pleased.

Overall I would rate this company as good as it gets at what they do.

Sink was cleared and work done as quickly as possible great crew, unfortunately the water now backs up in my bathtub , thankfully it still drains out slowly, if it gets too bad im going to call them back and just have some pipes replaced i think. Oh yes and i might need to accumulate a bit more cash first, although the price he quoted me for an estimate on replacing pipes and cutting into the wall was only about 200 something so maybe not that bad.... Great guys did very satisfactory work. been in bussiness a long time in Richmond area which should tell you something. Bottom line .... clogged up pipes just suck...

Very unreliable! Part of the work was done and the job was to be completed on a 2nd day. Plumber never showed up. I called repeatedly and left messages and no one ever returned my call. This is a loser company!! Mr. Rooter is far better, more reliable and more economical. Avoid Tackett & Son at all costs!

This was a straight-forward, non-emergency job. In fact, we scheduled it a few days in advance because we were going to be out of town. The company met their predicted arrival (within the given 15-minute range), were very polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves.
