"It went great.  The added $500 was well worth it. He was able to install it without drilling holes on the curb using a bonding technology instead of screws to the curb. This gave me peace of mind that the granite curb would not be cracked during install. Secondly the quality of a frameless enclosure far exceeds that of a stock framed enclosure and looks very expensive. The glass is 3/8" thick and the overall design quality is far superior. Lastly, to have installed the box store enclosure myself would have meant countless screws to fasten the enclosure to tile and granite....the time, risk of cracking, and risk of a shoddy job was easily offset by the price.
Other's have posted a B on pricing for Cincy glass. For a shower enclosure they're definitely an A. Aside from that mentioned above I loosely called around about a labor/material install and was quoted a minimum of $600 more for the same job, and I am not sure they were planning to provide a frameless design.

"Window glass was cleaned, inside and out, but they claimed 6 year old windows were "etched"  and they had no product to clean that , only Dawn dish soap. Windows are white coated framed and all the tracks were left very filthy. I had to do them myself after they left. It took two people 3 plus hours to do 47 panes of glass (each window top and bottom is considered a separate pane).
Later found I was robbed, since other neighbors have someone to do similar houses and number of windows for 1/2 the price!

"They were really good. I spent $4000 or $5000 on that work. They came out and replaced every window in my house. They were friendly and the price for what they were providing me with was excellent. James is the owner and he is very much a perfectionist. He did not like the way one window was installed and he actually paid to replace it. I would tell others that I had no complaints about them and that they did a good job and the price was good. They are not the most punctual."
