Everyone I dealt with was very professional, punctual and did what they said they would do. In spite of it being during the holidays, they got the job done and it looks great. The price was far lower than the cost would have been to replace the entire window. I would use this provider again in the future.

They did a wonderful job re-glazing windows on our house we were selling. The windows were over 20 years old and had started to fog in between the panes. The windows were custom, odd sizes. They re-glazed 8 windows in our house. They arrived promptly as promised and were finished in about 4 hours. They used a vacuum and cleaned up behind themselves. You would never know suck a huge project had taken place.

They took care of all the insurance and so forth; we did not have to pay a dime. Our overall experience went very well. One of our cars is a Lexus which has the automatic windshield wipers on it, it has got a sensor, and when they did the work, they knocked the sensor off and did not even realize it so we could not get it to work. We had to take it twice, they fixed it and put the sensor on but the sensor was not working so they had to fix it again. We ended up taking it back three times but they were always very nice and got it all done straight away and we did not have to pay anything.

They arrived prompt for the estimate. They took a look at all the windows. They got back to us very quickly and with the estimate; that was very clear and itemized. He does a good job and did follow us a day later even though we didn't end up having the service done. They communicated very well and answered all my questions. I would recommend them although they haven't done any work.

Who knew that Jack's Glass handled RESIDENTIAL windows (vs. autos-only) -- and so honestly and efficiently? As above, a recent storm wreaked havoc on a very tall, double-insulated window that was loose from its housing and, as a result, blew-in to the house and shattered.



Enter Jacks' Glass' tech, Jim, *whom Cory (supervisor) had alerted to the fact that I had a few prospective spare windows in my basement. Thoroughly organized, Jim assessed the recent cosmetic + the older mechanical(and gt; to the housing) damage, measured and retrieved the proper replacements -- and -- helped to install.



To be clear, the price paid was an hourly assessment, and not reflective of what a glass replacement might have cost. But I want to go on record to 1) endorse the responsiveness + thoroughness of Jack's Glass/Cory in terms of details relayed and 2) the expediency and alacrity of Jim, the tech who was deployed.



A great experience.

Took a week to get an appointment for estimator to come out. Took three weeks to get replacement glass. The repairman was fast and professional once he got everything to our site. The window works well. The price seemed fair but not a bargain. When a window is broken it needs to be replaced right away. I did'nt like to wait for a month with the wind whistling in around the temporary plywood.

Everything went well. It was a great experience. The scheduling was and they handled everything very well.

All I can say about this experience is WOW! After having a bad experience with another shop I was considering, I decided to join Angie's list. That, and choosing Jack's Glass as my provider, were the two best moves I've made for a long time!
I called Jack's based on their rating on Angie's list. The person who took my order and information was very professional and clearly concerned about my needs as a customer. He scheduled the work for the following morning (the appointment was made in the afternoon) and gave me a price which was extremely good and competitive.Just as promised, the installers called when they were on the way to my location. They arrived promptly in a well maintained vehicle that gave a good impression of the company. The installers were neat, clean, and professional. Forty-five minutes later, I had a brand new windshield installed. My vehicle was left clean and the installation looks great.

OK so I haveJacks replace the miror panels for me I left them with these guys for almost a week I had to call to see if they had completed the work he told me they would be done by the end of the day which was Friday, he would call me to let me know for sure. He did return my call. He told me "He had been on the guy to make sure they were finished" I said I got off at 4 he told me they close at 4:30 I said I would be there. since they were going to be closed that Saturday. I arrived at 4:15 only to find they had lied to me and hadn't even started on my job. The guy says" oh my technician stepped out and didn't finish can you hang around for a few min. Sure I say no problem 45 min later and a very embarrassed employee tells me they let the guy leave early and they had to do the job. Like I said they hadn't even started on them till I arrived and they had them for days. They gave me 3 cans of Jacks glass cleaner I guess they thought that would placate me but sorry guys you flat out lied to me not good in business. I won't be back.

Focused on me (the customer) from start to finish. I will not go any where else for glass work.

I called to get directions, and received a live person on the phone. Service was good. People were friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Would go back again.

They were very good, no problems, and everything went well.

I have used them before for window-related jobs. I think their service is wonderful. They are very honest and reputable. I asked the man if I should get my other windows replaced, and he said that I should wait. It's unusual that a glass company would say no. Their prices were reasonable. The job that they have done so far has been excellent. They have been very pleasant to work with.

The price was covered by insurance.

Work was completed on time, no problems with windshield.

When they came to install it we found that a second pane in this window frame was also in "failed" condition, and that Jack s had caught this and brought it to the previous owner s attention at the time of their first visit for measurements; but since the inspector had missed it and they were under no obligation to fix it or work something out with us, the previous owners told Jack's to just leave it (aren t people great?). Jack s took measurements for the second pane and replaced it as well, cutting us a break and charging only for the glass, no labor. Some months later we had them cut a piece of acrylic to measurements for the PC room floor. At the time of pickup, it was discovered that there was no way that it could be fit into the trunk of the car. Had to be delivered, which they did at no charge. Two encounters and on both occasions these folks did something decent; not a word that you get to use very often anymore.

It was easy to set up an appointment (same-day), with speedy service while you wait.
