"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. After picking up the solid parts, I realized that cleaning and scrubbing all of the stains would take at least 90 minutes, as the messes were large and 'puddly.' When I called them, they were very apologetic & explained that this was the first time they advertised a special on Angie's List , so they were still figuring things out. They scheduled to come out the very next day, and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, & professional, & he did the stairs for free to make up for the confusion & inconvenience. I will definitely hire them again."
