When I called them, they were very apologetic & explained that this was the first time they advertised a special on Angie's List , so they were still figuring things out. They scheduled to come out the very next day, and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, & professional, & he did the stairs for free to make up for the confusion & inconvenience.
