Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! The carpet is 15 years old as well and my husband had gotten some kind of grease on the living room carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. I am amazed at how nice it looks now. When I called them, they were very apologetic & explained that this was the first time they advertised a special on Angie's List , so they were still figuring things out. They scheduled to come out the very next day, and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, & professional, & he did the stairs for free to make up for the confusion & inconvenience. I will definitely hire them again."
