"Scammer, pure and simple. Customer declined the repair that was in fact located and advised. Boyfriend decides to call and cuss out the dispatcher, which she apologized for, but I will not send my technicians into a hostile work environment. Customer was informed of the exact repair needed, but declined, and it's stated in the work order which she signed, twice. There was zero problem until the boyfriend decided that the "patch to hold until repair can be afforded" was not good enough. Expecting the whole mess to be repaired was what was expected, even when declining the actual repair which was suggested, per the work order."
