"Ryan Gates, technician, came out to our house regarding mice that had entered the attic and were running around in the space between our basement ceiling and the upstairs floor. He gave us a quote and we said YES! I mean, it's mice, money is no object, right? haha Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Very professional and educated us about how humane their treatment is vs other companies. All the mice were gone within a week or two. It's been a couple of months and ZERO activity in the house. I highly recommend Black Diamond. After the mice removal, we also hired them for home pest control, termite control, lawn treatment and landscaping."

"Ben, Vincent and Larry of Precision Pest Control are the real deal. Honest advice and professional service. While the other guys (The Big Companies) are trying to up sell you, these guys are genuinely evaluating your specific situation and giving you what you need. HIGHLY recommend!!"

"If you need a good group to help solve your pest control these are the people to call. Excellent work and dependable 5 star company"

"Their service is great and their staff is very polite and professional. In the summer we always have problems with ants and after the first treatment nothing was in the house. Definitely recommend them for any of your rodent or insect problems"

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."
