Their attention to detail was exemplary and Keith spent as much time in the planning of the size, location, wiring, etc of the unit as he and his crew did with the actual install...which turned out to be perfect. He is knowledgeable about the product and made certain we were thoroughly educated about how it worked and how to take care of it. He also approached the job as a partnership between Advanced Generator and the homeowner - he was punctual and would always contact us in advance if there was any unexpected change in the schedule. We received other estimates that included some "big-name" companies, but they didn't seem to care whether or not they got our business.
