He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. "I called an received an initial quote over the phone.  Upon receiving the quote, I arranged a time for a representative to come out to my house to verify measurements and to provide me with an official quote.  The representative did not show up due to "being tied up in traffic."  I re-scheduled the appointment for the very next day and the representative did not show up nor did he call.  The next day I left a message with the company requesting that they give me a call to re-schedule the appointment.  The company did not return my call.
