Tim is great. I was connected to him through my mom who touted reasonable pricing and a great job, after he was recommended to her by a friend he'd done work for for the same reasons. I began working with Tim probably around 2019-2020, and have hired Mielke Construction time and time again due to his quality of work, professionalism, reasonable pricing, reliability, friendliness and ability to do so many different things. I bought a house about 5 years ago that we basically did an entire remodel on. I've worked with many contractors since purchasing it, and Tim is hands down the best I've come across. He gives me very reasonable pricing on so many projects, and does a very good job on top of that. In particular, Tim did a bathroom tile job (in addition the installing the vanity and mirror and sinks and more) for me that is truly beautiful and I couldn't be happier. If I could upload a picture to show it off I would. I could go on but don't want to ramble too much! I've worked with him for years now and could even call him a friend at this point. Tim is the man and I definitely recommend him.

Tim Mielke did a fantastic job on my project. The project involved repairing structural damage over my garage door. Tim took the time to research the repair needs by making a few trips to my house, so that all the details of the repair were known upfront. This is important given that it was a serious structural problem that had to be done right. It was done right and I will never have to worry about my garage again. Tim cleaned up after the work was done and you would never know a contractor was working there by the time he left. I would highly recommend Mielke Construction for your project.

Tim is great! He did 2 large projects for me. A complete patio tear out and patio replacement with a detached deck and pergola and then a couple of months later I had him do my main bathroom, complete gut job and remodel. I get compliments on both spaces constantly. His attention to detail is a rare find in this line of work. And he stayed in contact communication with me throughout both projects. He's always my first (and only) call when I'm ready to start a new project. Basement bathroom upgrade is next!

Tim is tremendous. His work is meticulous and detailed. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of finishing a basement. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants. He kept us up to date on how our basement project was progressing. He kept his work area clean. He provided good ideas to us when we were not sure what we actually wanted. Tim is friendly and easy to work with. Most importantly, he is incredibly dependable and trustworthy. He would give us a weekly schedule and was there every morning when he said he would be. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim to a family member or friend.

Mielke Construction did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. We have also used them for other work around our house including installing laminate flooring and other miscellaneous jobs. We find Mielke Construction to be very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced.
