This company built an addition on my house. I loved that I was able to customize everything they added. The bathroom is my favorite. They built a custom tile 5x5 bathroom.

Lou Ionna was a wonder! He would call almost daily to let us know what workmen were to be onsite and what they were to do that day. He also appeared on the jobsite frequently to verify that things were going well or to handle the inevitable issues that arise in any remodeling project. Since he is also a licensed architect, he anticipated issues, discussed them with us, and offered solutions or opinions as to how he would handle the problems if the house were his. We even had a neighbor who commented on how professional the workmen were and how they leaned up each day. I've already recommended Lou to 2 other relatives for projects.

we contracted with suncatcher to draw up plans for a major remodel. he did this in a less than timely manner. he was to bid on the project, but we also wanted other bids. all other bids told us the project was not feasable and not within the budget. we have $4000 worth of plans we cannot use and the house has been untouched after a year. he has not returned calls.

"Client was informed that these drawings were intended to be a master plan concept which they were to select what they wanted from the plan based on what they could afford. The plan is definitely buildable and permit ready. All work was completed within 45 days based on payment records by the customer."
