The inspection went well. It was performed and I received a report immediately after the inspection. This was a visual only inspection, no thermal imaging.
We were very please with Talon Home Inspections. Carlos saved us $145,000, literally. His inspection uncovered some major issues and with the pictures we had, we were able to have the contract voided. We plan on using Talon Home Inspections again and highly recommend this company.

Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"
