The inspection went well. It was performed and I received a report immediately after the inspection. This was a visual only inspection, no thermal imaging.
We were very please with Talon Home Inspections. Carlos saved us $145,000, literally. His inspection uncovered some major issues and with the pictures we had, we were able to have the contract voided. We plan on using Talon Home Inspections again and highly recommend this company.
