"1. It took us 3 weeks, not months to get there. No one would wait 3 months for someone to look at a leak 2. The customer wanted a roof tune-up, basically anything we can fix with a hammer, caulk gun and a few shingles. The repair needed was to install a new vent, plywood, tar paper, shingles, flashing and was definitely not covered under the deal and no, we did not have all of those supplies on the truck. 3. When this was explained to the customer he put a check in our guys hand, yelled at him and when our guy tried to explain the customer kicked him out of his house. To calm the customer down our guy offered a discount on the repair, not on the whole roof. 4. We did not cash his check, I called him and emailed him and he apologized for not being able to control his emotions but never updated his review, even though he agreed that it was inaccurate."
".... We had staffing issues, we didn't send an invoice because we had not done the work... As stated in the initial email we would notify you when we were back on track, we did. Customer had hired a different company."
"I am not sure how long your husband takes for lunch but your gutters are clean, you have pictures and thank you for your review. Joe"
"The last time we cleaned gutters for this customer was in February of 2017 and it was rescheduled a few times from January... Because the contents of the gutters were frozen. And the cost was $79"
"I will try not to be rude in this reply because while the customer is incorrect I think there may be some underlying issues with memory. I tried to explain the situation through a phone translator (she is deaf) and I told the translator that I had to go and I would send her pictures of her cleaned gutters and I had to pick up the other line for a phone sale. I sent the customer screenshots of our 2nd and 3rd gutter cleanings with pictures and time stamps... And I sent her our email correspondence, see below: [Member Name Removed] [Contact Information Removed] Nov 21, 2017, 7:22 AM to contact Morning, When Phil comes to clean the gutters today, can he fix some of the popped out nails? I'd be glad to pay ten dollars for this task. Thank you! Joseph Harris contact(at)jandehomeservices.com Nov 21, 2017, 12:23 PM to [Member Name Removed] Hello [Member Name Removed], I just saw this. Were you able to talk to Phil about the spikes? We run a special of $89 for gutter cleaning and tune up that we don't usually run on AL so $10 is perfect. Thank you Joe [Member Name Removed] [Contact Information Removed] Nov 21, 2017, 12:55 PM to Joseph Hi Joe! I missed the doorbell lights when Phil arrived. However, I caught him just as he was about to leave. I'm not sure if he understood me about the need to push the spikes in. You may ask him and let me know. Thanks!
