"Worked me in just before the holidays. Work completed quickly, Cleaned as they went. Tore out a damaged ceiling and then inspected for mold. Sprayed . Replaced ceiling and painted. Also repaired a leak in the roof and sealed roof to insure no further leak."

I was initially going to do a repair on the affected area, but after inspection, we decided to replace the entire roof and the wood underlay.
