"This crew was amazing. My roof had a lot of damage. They began at 6:30am one morning, tore off three layers of old shingles, replaced all rotten wood and had a new roof on by 4pm. They were cleaned up and gone by 4:30pm. Their clean up was amazing. I searched for stray nails and trash. I only found a handful of items that had become hidden among my flowers. 5 stars for Own Restoration, quality materials and quality work."

"The Green Team came to my house about a month ago to pressure wash our driveway, sidewalk and our patio. Their prices were unbeatable compared to a few other estimates we were given. The guys showed up early and did a great job. While they were at our house we asked for an estimate on cleaning our roof. They gave us another great price on that and were even able to clean the roof while they were there. Our roof hasnâ t been this clean since we bought the house. "The project went great, AIC met with my insurance claims adjustor, they were able to do a full roof replacement and provided me an excellent warranty. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or repairs done to their home."
The homeowner was able to see this ripple of shingles from the ground! This was caused by high winds and was part of the reason the homeowner gave us a call.
During our inspection, we were able to see exactly where the shingles had blown off and other areas of damage on the roof. This homeowner needed a full roof replacement.
At AIC, we care about the small details. Before we started to remove the old roof from this house, we covered the HVAC units to prevent any debris from causing damage!
We will always tear off the old roof before installing the new roof. This keeps warranties intact and gives the customer a better product with a new roof!
All of our roof installations get a layer of underlayment before the shingles go on. This protects the roof's deck from moisture!
