"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

"The vendor was very nice. Prepared. We investigated the issue together and identified next steps. No issue was found and he let me know ahead of time that if he cut the drywall, he would not be replacing it. But, he did clean up after himself, which I appreciate."

"John claims to be a great Christian honest man which I really felt good about until he got here and started trying to upsell me on many other things I did not hire him for. Now I did not do any of those things because I would have spent a small fortune if I had. As far as I can tell right now the air conditioner is fixed properly but it?s only been one day. Just hoping I was right to trust him on that. He also did not stick to his original price he gave me but came down $50 off the $100 more he added. I just needed air conditioner fixed fast and hope the price was fair. He carry?s on too much about being an honest Christian person , but trying to upsell things never hired for is not so honest and Christian like to me. I was surprised by all of that and that is why I don?t have the trust in him I originally had. I just pray I can trust the work he did but now I would be hesitant to hire him again. Sincerely. "We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."
