"The technician (Danny P.) determined the flange on the toilet was loose. He was knowledgeable and professional. Because the toilet had been reset by different technician almost two months earlier, the company agreed to make the necessary repairs at no charge given the circumstances. I appreciate the company standing behind its work and correcting the issue at no additional expense. I would definitely use the company again."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

"Came very quickly after called for leaking wax seal and found seal not leaking but a hose in tank was spraying and water was running down back of toilet onto floor. He could have gone ahead and replaced seal and repaired actual fault without me knowing. I very much appreciate his integrity. He just charged a minimal troubleshooting fee. Very satisfied."
