He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

He also approached the job as a partnership between Advanced Generator and the homeowner - he was punctual and would always contact us in advance if there was any unexpected change in the schedule. We received other estimates that included some "big-name" companies, but they didn't seem to care whether or not they got our business.
