I needed a repair on an emergency basis on a Sunday since my door was stuck closed with the car inside. Billy B. was the technician sent to carry out my repair. He found the problem immediately upon visual inspection and repaired the door quickly. Billy is a shining example of excellent customer service. The repair was definitely worth the reasonable price - especially for an emergency call.

Dale Welch did the work on three garage doors for me on 8/25/23. Keeping in mind that the temps hit a high of 93 degrees, he STILL knocked out all three doors in about an hour. This wasn't just an install, either. He installed two on the upper level, then took one of the old units at my request and installed it in the lower level garage. He took the time after to walk me through the app and connected the bluetooth to my phone Overall just a friendly competent guy, he's the exact type of person you want showing up to do a job!

Dayle W. Was the technician that showed up to my house within an hour of me calling overhead door. My garage was off the track and looked toasted. Within 45 min. He had it fixed and ready to go, very professional, very fast, explained everything, highly recommend if you have garage troubles to request him by name. Awesome experience.

Mr. Billy and Angel came out to install my garage door this morning. They were very courteous, professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. Thank you for both of you guys service. Overhead needs more people/installers like Billy and Angel. Thanks again to both of you and Overhead.

Justin Taylor and Mike McGee did an ecellent job installing my new security gates. They were very patient with me while explaining everything. They were were thorough, effiient, and cleaned up the area when finished. I would definitely recommend Justin and Mike to anyone. Job well done guys!!

Outstanding job. Work was completed in about 2-3 hours. Matt and Eddie the technicians do extremely good work, and are very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them to neighbors and other friends needing garage door replacement. They made our garage look new from the exterior!

They came the same day. They did other adjustments during the visit that came with the service, such as tightening the chain, checking the condition on the garage door motor and opener, etc. which was very nice.

I could not ask for better service or price.

It turns out that the emergency release cable was installed improperly, it was in the wrong spot. Steve, the technician was very nice and professional. I am glad they were able to figure it out. I was very happy with them.

It went great! We had a garage door spring snap on a Sunday evening, sending the garage door crashing down and trapping two cars inside. Overhead arrived 45 minutes after my call to them, and replaced both springs in 45 minutes from time of arrival. A+ service. The only issue was price -- $150 emergency service charge in addition to the cost of the repair. This was a great example of the service triangle: good, fast, cheap -- pick 2. This repair wasn't cheap, but it was lighting fast, and quality work. That's worth paying for in an emergency.

I made the appointment on a Friday of a holiday weekend for the soonest regular-hours slot the following Tuesday. He called when on the way, and arrived within the window. The work was done in a half hour, and included a repair I didn't actually request (the mount bolts at the top were allowing some flexing, which he corrected). He was knowledgeable, cordial, and professional.

Steve showed up early which was great did a fantastic job and a great guy just to talk with. Steve was actually who had replaced the spring several years ago. The service was great then too not so sure about the quality of the spring.

Went smoothly

One of the springs broke on a Sunday afternoon. Because the spring was broken, I could not open my garage door, and both my cars were inside! I called three companies. Overhead Door Company of Lexington had an answering service that took my information. I asked to be called Monday morning after 8:00. They called on Monday around 7:20. I was a bit disappointed they did not honor my request, but it was not a deal-breaker. I asked if it was Okay to call them back in 15 minutes. They cheerfully agreed. I called the company that my son recommended, but since they did not answer, I called overhead back and agreed to have them fix my garage door. Afterwards, the company my son recommended called me back. They would have done the job for $25 less. Since I already committed to Overhead Door, I could not hire the less expensive company. Overhead Door scheduled to arrive between 11 and 1 today (Monday), and I asked them to call before they arrived. Steve called 10 minutes before 11 and arrived on time. The job took about 30 minutes to complete. I was satisfied. I was very happy to be able to open my garage door again.

Smoothly and quickly.

It went great ! The technician came out, figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I had another company who I won't name come out 3 times to try and fix it. Then the other company put a used part in my opener and that's why my door wouldn't work. I'm so glad I called Overhead Garage!

It went great!  The appointment was scheduled for the following day, and the technician was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

It went great. We were grateful they could respond so promptly so I could get me car out. However, we requested an estimate to replace the door and motor but they never got back with us so we moved on to another company.
